This review paper aims at investigating the physiological as well neuropsychological benefits breathing training techniques. In addition, we examine effectiveness mobile applications in upgrading human health wellness. Finally, discuss role metacognition breathing, only means people have to gain awareness profound powers breath take conscious control their health.
